For those wanting an exciting career in forensic loan auditing, Loan Audits Cal offers one of the most comprehensive and intense training programs in Southern California.

In our 36-hour, 4 day class, we show students how to formulate their audits to work in real world situations - as an aid to an attorney, to a loan modifier or as a way to determine whether or not to utilize strategic default.  If you are already a forensic loan auditor, currently working for a loan modification company, or are an attorney working with loan modification we encourage you to bring in your loan paperwork and we will work on them in our classes.

Keep in mind that you do not need a license to become a forensic loan auditor and there is no state certification so getting the proper training from an experienced loan auditor is key to becoming a successful forensic loan auditor.

This 36 hour class will teach you how to:

• Complete a forensic loan examination
• Choose and decide whether or not it's worth keeping a property - strategic default, its pitfalls, and how to avoid them
• Avoiding a deficiency judgment by your lender
• Confidently defend an audit in a legal suit or witness stand
• How to tell a bad auditor from a great one
• Evaluate benefits to your client in 10-15 minutes
• Avoid certain laws that can hurt you or your client (especially helpful if broker is known to borrower)
• Search for hidden clues as to whether a loan can be determined a refinance or not
• Use laws (beyond TILA) that will give traction to your case and motivate/compel your lender to act
• Find clauses, laws, and acts that are rarely used and the powerful leverage they can give your audit and clients
• Accurately calculate an APR
• Describe the difference between rescission, setoff, and recoupment
• Ask the right questions to help your client receive an audit that will address their specific needs for their specific case.
• Much, much more

Following the class you will undergo a comprehensive examination that will test your knowledge and should you pass you will receive a Loan Audits Cal Certification. Should you require further support with future loan audits, Loan Audits Cal will give you the option for Ongoing Training and Assistance for a monthly fee.
